Über uns
Wir sind zentrale Anlaufstelle für die Gewinnung potenzieller Fachkräfte und Auszubildende im Ausland, für die Unterstützung bei der Einreise, für das Onboarding und für die Integration neuer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Wir bündeln die Arbeitsabläufe, die Kommunikation und die Zusammenarbeit mit den eigenen Einrichtungen, der Zentralen Stelle für die Zuwanderung von Fachkräften (ZSEF) als Ausländerbehörde, dem Landesamt für Pflege sowie den Kooperationspartnern in den jeweiligen Herkunftsländern und den Bewerber*innen in einer Stelle.
Seit mehr als zwölf Jahren werben wir erfolgreich um Fachkräfte aus dem Ausland. Bisher sind rund 150 Personen u.a. aus Serbien, dem Kosovo, Spanien, Griechenland, Indien, Marokko, Vietnam und den Philippinen diesem Angebot gefolgt. Damit ist aber der Bedarf an Pflegekräften in der Gegenwart und in der Zukunft bei weitem noch nicht gedeckt.

We are the central point of contact for the recruitment of potential skilled workers and trainees from abroad, for immigration support, onboarding and integration of new employees.
We bundle the work processes, communication and cooperation with our own institutions, the Central Office for the Immigration of Skilled Workers (ZSEF) as the immigration authority, the State Office for Nursing and the cooperation partners in the respective countries of origin and the applicants in one place.
We have been successfully recruiting skilled professionals from abroad for more than twelve years. So far, around 150 people from countries such as Serbia, Kosovo, Spain, Greece, India, Morocco, Vietnam and the Philippines have taken up the offer. However, this is nowhere near enough to meet the current and future demand for carers.
